Take the time to fill out you questionnaire as best you can to help direct us while we build your website for you. The more specific you are, and the more assets you provide, will usually help us improve development time, and cut down on any revisions you may not have budgeted for when you selected your package. If you need help or have any questions with the questionnaire and assets uploading process, your project manager is very happy to work with you to help fill in the blanks.

Obviously, the more you can complete at the beginning, the less time you’ll need to utilize your time consulting with your project manager at the beginning of the project and the more time you’ll have in your “project management hours bank” for consultation throughout the project. Your project manager is here for you, and you can use your project management time in any way you’d like. If you need more project management than you have allotted, you will have the opportunity to purchase more at any point. As always, we are happy to help you resolve any issues as soon as they appear.
